New exhibition showcases stories of Exeter’s paper making heritage

A sculptural paper installation and a fictional sound story are helping to reveal the tales behind Exeter’s paper making past.

Double Elephant Print Workshop will be showcasing the fascinating discoveries made during Paper and Print – a year-long community research project into Exeter’s paper mills.

Artists welcome visitors behind the scenes

Artists all over Devon will be throwing open their doors and inviting people to look behind the scenes of an artist’s studio.

The county’s creative people will be demonstrating and showcasing their work in attics, sheds, galleries and other creative spaces. The art and craft on display will include drawing, painting, sculpture, tapestry, ceramics, jewellery and glasswork.
